Delete Your Account

From inside the app

Open Settings, tap your Account card, and choose Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account, your email address, every cloud backup and any Pro record. Careers stored on your phone stay untouched. This works on iPhone and Android and takes effect immediately.

By email

If you no longer have the app installed, email hello@thepitchsideapp.com from the address you linked to your account and we will delete the account and everything it holds.

What we delete

The account itself, the linked email address, every cloud backup including custom club images, and any promo code or Pro records. There is no undo. Careers stored on your phone stay on your phone.

What we keep

Nothing tied to you. After an uninstall, no one can reach a backup belonging to an account you never linked to an email, and we routinely delete these orphaned backups from the server.
